We understand that sometimes things might not work out as planned on the road to adventure, which is why we’ve created this straightforward returns and exchanges policy.
Our Return Policy Basics
We offer a 15-day return window from the date you receive your items. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund or exchange within this period.
Step-by-Step Return Process
- Contact Our Team: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return/exchange.
- Wait for Authorization: Our customer support team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation. Include a copy of your order confirmation.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our address at 2677 Green Gate Lane, Baltimore, US 21201. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you’re responsible for the item until it reaches us.
- Inspection & Processing: Once received, our team will inspect the item within 3-5 business days and process your refund or exchange.
Return Shipping Costs
For returns due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.), we’ll cover return shipping costs. For other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
Refund Timeline & Methods
After we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refund Processing Time: 3-5 business days
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Bank Processing Time: Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we process it
Exchange Process
Want to exchange for a different item? Follow the same return process above, and clearly state you’d like an exchange and which product you’d prefer. If the new item costs more, we’ll invoice you for the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.

Damaged or Defective Items
